How Do I Track My Shipment?

This has two dimensions.

  • Tracking from your sellers to our warehouse
  • Tracking from our warehouse to your country.

Goodnews! Both can be tracked.

Whenever you finalize a purchase online - 1688, Pinduoduo, Taobao, Wechat/WhatsApp supplier in China, they offer you a tracking number as long as they are 快递, express delivery.

快递, kuaidi are considered small packages. It may be considered up to 20KG. Then you have which is technically not considered as 快递 even though same delivery company say Yunda Express delivers both.

In summary, every package from your seller must have a tracking number either big or small.

The size of the goods determines which of Yunda department delivers it either as 快递 or 货.

For goods directly sent from suppliers in Guangzhou through Didi, Meituan, 货拉拉 may not come with tracking numbers. Delivery person would need a receipt from the receiving warehouse to authenticate receipt.

Now, after the goods have been received by warehouse, how does tracking works?

FastForth has a parcel management website where customers upload the tracking numbers and then be able to track every single process.

The FastForth Tracking process include

  1. User enters the tracking numbers online after login.

  2. The system automatically checks the tracking number from our database. Once the tracking number had been recorded, it approves it for the next stage. Else, it needs to retry until the tracking number is recorded.

    Note: The system may not pick your tracking number if it is incorrect or has a bad format. It is no longer manual. It should be exactly as sent by the seller.

    For example, STO is a courier company.

    Seller may send this to you - STO 773392931390035

    You don’t need to copy this, STO 773392931390035, because the system won’t match it with what has been recorded in the database as 773392931390035.

    They are not the same to the database but manually, a staff can correct it but it may take time.

  3. Once the tracking number is ready, it can be processed for packing.

  4. After packing, the rest will be done by the admin.

  5. Shipment > Tracking

  6. Once the goods have been shipped, you can be able to see the shipping timeline.

You can proceed with payment once the shipment arrives your country and ready for pick up.

Note: The system sends a WhatsApp message to you immediately we have received your goods through , Funmi - WhatsApp Bot assistant. Funmi also send a notification when your goods is ready for pickup together with the billing summary right on WhatsApp.
